简讯：威瑞森将收购沃达丰合资公司股份 Sep 2nd 2013, 17:46, by BBC Chinese 美国威瑞森通信公司(Verizon)星期一（9月2日）宣布，与英国移动通信巨头沃达丰集团(Vodafone)达成协议，以1300亿美元收购沃达丰在双方合资的威瑞森无线公司45%股份。 根据交易条款，威瑞森将向沃达丰支付589亿美元现金以及价值602亿美元的威瑞森股票，加上来自相关的小型交易的另外110亿美元。 此项交易已获双方董事会批准，在获得监管批准并满足其他成交条件后，预计将于明年一季度完成。 这将是历史上第三大并购交易，标志着沃达丰将退出庞大而成熟的美国移动市场。
