简讯：台湾发布"潭美"台风陆上警报 Aug 20th 2013, 13:24, by BBC Chinese 台湾的气象局说，谭美台风的风力和范围还有加强和扩大的趋势。 台湾的中央气象局发布了轻度台风"潭美"的陆上与海上警报，说北部的宜兰等地区应严加戒备。 "潭美"台风暴风圈预计21日下午登陆台湾东岸的宜兰、花莲，覆盖范围还包括北部的台北市、新北市，各地应严防豪雨和强风。 "潭美"台风目前的位置在台北东南东方海面，以每小时19转23公里的速度向西北西方向前进。 （撰稿：威克 责编：尚清）
