中国增设Q签证 华人探亲最长可留5年 Sep 1st 2013, 09:35, by BBC Chinese 中国增加签证种类，并推出专门的探亲签证。 中国从9月1日起实施《外国人入境出境管理条例》，推出专为海外华人设计的探亲签证。 《外国人入境出境管理条例》是与去年开始实施的《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》配套的法规。 根据最新实施的《外国人入境出境管理条例》，中国推出Q字头的探亲签证。 探亲签证分长期（Q1）和短期（Q2），其中Q1签证最长有效期可达5年。 中新社引国务院官员称，这一改变是应海外华人的要求而做出的。 外国公民此前可以申请的中国签证种类包括D（定居）、Z（工作）、X（学习）、F（访问）、L（旅游）、G（过境）、C（乘务）和J（记者）。 而最新增加的签证种类除Q（探亲）外，还包括R（人才）、M（商贸）和S（因私）。 （撰稿：伊人 责编：路西）
